relaxation at the Quail Hollow Inn’s Scrapbook Retreats! While here, a
trip to the nearby Scrapbook Nook (http://www.scrapbn.com),
New England’s Elite Scrapbook Superstore, is a must during the weekend.
The Scrapbook Nook will also furnish a “goodie bag” and, with larger
groups, come to the inn for a “make and take” demonstration. At the Inn,
enjoy scrapbooking in our spacious great room.

Cancellation Policies for Scrapbooking Events

Cancellations made more than 30
days from the scheduled event - A refund will be issued, less a $50.00 deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days from the
scheduled event - No refund will be issued.

If a cancellation is made that
affects the number of people scheduled for a room or suite, roommates who attend
will be responsible for paying the correct package rate used (i.e., if a triple
becomes a double occupancy).

We reserve the right to cancel an
event for any unforeseen reason. If we cancel the event, refunds will be issued
promptly.
